Pilot testing terms
These are limited development testing terms, not a completed school services agreement.
Authorized testing
Only an authorized school administrator may configure a school or grant staff access. Use test accounts and browser profiles. This pilot supports one school workspace and one classroom; it does not establish district-wide isolation.
Visible, scoped controls
Remote classroom commands are limited to enrolled student profiles and active sessions. Do not enroll devices without the school and device owner authorization required for the intended use. Closing tabs and redirecting focused pages can lose work.
Feature limits
Live screen/audio observation, Google Workspace sync, automatic force installation, device certificates, VPN, and signed Windows installers are not implemented. Basic chat filtering is not a guarantee against harmful content or an emergency response service.
Before real deployment
The operator and district must finalize a services agreement, privacy commitments, roles, retention and deletion procedures, support contacts, and required organizational approvals. Acceptance records permission to test this development build; it does not assert that those production arrangements are complete.
